A commissioning and broadcast project initiated by MA Curating Contemporary Art students at the Royal College of Art, developed in partnership with Resonance 104.4 FM, London.
I devised a new, short text based on phishing emails sent to me in real life, purportedly by a Nigerian Prince who hoped to make me rich. The text was edited to be read live as a monologue in the style of an epistolary letter, but maintained all of the slippages and non-standard features in the English used.
A recorded performance by actor Stephine Turner was broadcast on the radio, on FM and online.
