In an experimental collaboration between curator Mathieu Copeland and artist Philippe Decrauzat, the Marrakech Press organized an exhibiton of paintings, drawings, and film screenings at Espace d’art Contemporain, Les Halles. The exhibiton also functioned as a distrubtion site for a series of short-form manifestos Copeland and Decrauzat had commisioned and to which I had contributed. Though drawn from a broad swath of artists and writers (at whose own discretion the theme and subject of their text was chosen), each manifesto was to be published on a single sheet of A4 paper and then interpreted by the program's editors as a score to be laid out typographically. These manifestos were then collated and distrubted to the exibition's vistors.
